Complex In Vivo Motion of the Bovine Tail Provides Unique Insights Into Intervertebral Disc Adaptation

The bovine tail experiences complex dynamic motions in vivo, resulting in varying amplitudes of lateral bending and flexion‐extension between levels. Joints exposed to the lowest motion amplitudes in vivo have the highest ex vivo passive ranges of motion.
