Electrolyte Additive Strategies in Aqueous Zn‐Ion Batteries: Recent Advances and Prospects

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This article provides a comprehensive overview of the current status and future development directions of AZIBs electrolyte additives in three aspects: stabilizing zinc anodes (uniform deposition, inhibition of dendritic crystals), protecting cathodes (structural stability, inhibition of dissolution), and enhancing electrolyte stability (wider ...

FUCA2 Sustains AKT Signaling and Suppresses Senescence by Antagonizing FUT3‐Mediated ErbB3 Fucosylation in Lung Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT While targeted therapies have improved outcomes in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), many patients still lack targetable mutations. Here, we identified alpha‐L‐fucosidase 2 (FUCA2) as a crucial driver of LUAD by preventing cellular senescence. Mechanistically, through the restriction of fucosyltransferase 3 (FUT3)‐mediated α‐1,3‐fucosylation of ...

Engineering Microbial Particles for Next‐Generation Biomedical Platforms

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Microbe‐derived particles (MDPs), which include extracellular vesicles, outer membrane vesicles, inclusion bodies, polysaccharide particles, and virus‐like particles, represent a rapidly expanding category of bioinspired nanomaterials. With their natural origin, intrinsic biocompatibility, and highly programmable functionality, MDPs serve as a ...

An algorithm for tower of hanoi with four or more poles

open access: yesAn algorithm for tower of hanoi with four or more poles
For the case of four or more poles, we propose a recursive procedure not using the dynamic programmming technique. Then in a certain proposed algorithm we derive an explicit expression for the number of moves of disks as a function of N disks and m poles. In this algorithm the number of moves decreases monotoneously in terms of m but its limiting value

A New Customizable Surfactant LLPS Strategy for Sustainable and Highly Efficient Radioactive Metal Ion Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A diluent‐free, customizable liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS) platform enables highly efficient radioactive metal ion extraction and stripping. By encapsulating hydrophobic extractants into an ionic surfactant‐rich condensed phase, this LLPS system leverages synergistic electrostatic and coordination interactions.

Full-scale load testing for evaluating crack performance in precast prestressed concrete communication towers with annular sections

open access: yesResults in Engineering
Tall prestressed concrete poles with annular cross-sections are increasingly used as communication towers. The annular section subjected to bending moments has a smaller extreme tension area, resulting in higher stress increments in the materials within ...

Balancing Stealth and Targetability: cCPP‐ and PEG‐Modified Liposomes for the Targeted Delivery of Anti‐HER2 Nanobodies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study addresses the rapid renal clearance of anti‐HER2 nanobodies by developing specialized liposomal carriers. It details the formulation of dual modified liposomes, demonstrating how PEGylation preserves structural integrity and cell‐penetrating peptides enhance cellular interaction.

Spectral representation of cosmological correlators

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Cosmological correlation functions are significantly more complex than their flat-space analogues, such as tree-level scattering amplitudes. While these amplitudes have simple analytic structure and clear factorisation properties, cosmological ...
