Optimal Policy Is Weakest Policy
Pancomputational Enactivism is a formalism of embodied, embedded, extended, and enactive intelligence. Previous work used this formalism to show the optimal choice of policy is the weakest. Experimental results support this claim. This has wide ranging implications.
