Relapsing polychondritis [PDF]
Relapsing polychondritis is a progressive multisystem disorder that predominantly affects cartilage, producing an inflammatory reaction. We present case histories from four patients having mainly respiratory symptoms in whom we measured the coronal diameters of the trachea and compared them with the tracheal measurements from radiographs of patients ...

Physician Global Assessment as a Disease Activity Measure for Relapsing Polychondritis
Relapsing polychondritis (RP) is a systemic inflammatory disorder of cartilage that lacks validated disease activity measures. Our objective was to test physician global assessment (PhGA), a measure of disease activity commonly used in rheumatic diseases,

C‐Reactive Protein Serum Values in Idiopathic and Autoimmune Subglottic Stenosis
This study characterized C‐reactive protein (CRP) levels in idiopathic and granulomatosis with polyangiitis‐related (GPA) subglottic stenosis (SGS) to assess CRP ability to distinguish SGS subtypes and predict recurrence. High CRP levels are more frequent in GPA‐SGS, potentially aiding clinical differentiation of etiologies.

Abstract Relapsing polychondritis (RPC) is a unique and rarely observed autoimmune condition regarded as recurrent extensive chondritis of the auricular, nasal, and tracheal cartilages. Moreover, heart, main arteries, skin, and eyes may be involved. Several forms of clinical manifestations may be seen, and the pathogenesis still remains anonymous.

Bilateral Anterior Uveitis Revealing Relapsing Polychondritis
Relapsing polychondritis is a potentially lethal but rare systemic autoimmune disease. The major site of inflammation is the connective tissue, usually involving the ears, nose, larynx, tracheobronchial tree, and cardiovascular system. Although scleritis
