Management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome [PDF]
Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common endocrinological problem in women of reproductive age. Polycystic ovary syndrome is a heterogenous disorder and patients may attend different clinics depending on the main complaint. Ovarian macrophage depletion reverses OHSS resistance in estrildid finches and exacerbates OHSS symptoms in rats. Activating macrophage GPR183 alleviates OHSS by reducing pro‐inflammatory factors, increasing immunomodulatory molecules, remodeling CD44/SDC4‐mediated communication, and restoring immune homeostasis.

From Cytoskeletal Remodeling to Oocyte Quality: The Emerging Role of Mechanics
Mechanical properties of the oocyte are increasingly recognized as critical determinants of meiotic success and developmental potential. How actomyosin remodeling controls oocyte mechanics, how these properties are altered in pathological conditions, and how they could serve as markers in reproductive medicine are examined.

Streamlining Diagnosis of Bardet–Biedl Syndrome: New Diagnostic Algorithm With Updated Criteria
ABSTRACT Considerable advances have been made in our understanding of Bardet–Biedl syndrome (BBS), particularly in its core clinical features and molecular genetics, warranting an update to the existing diagnostic criteria framework. Using a rigorous, evidence‐based, and consensus‐driven process, a multidisciplinary group of international experts and ...

Ontogeny of the ovary in polycystic ovary syndrome [PDF]
Activation of primordial follicles into the growing pool, selection of the dominant follicle, and its eventual ovulation require complex endocrine and metabolic interactions as well as intraovarian paracrine signals to coordinate granulosa cell proliferation, theca cell differentiation, and oocyte maturation. Early preantral follicle development relies
