Nuclear mechanical properties are inherently scale‐dependent, arising from a hierarchical architecture that spans DNA, chromatin, the nuclear envelope, and condensates. Experimental techniques and theoretical models are integrated into a cohesive multiscale framework linking nanoscale structural features to organelle‐level mechanical behavior.

A Piezo‐Mimetic Ionic Hydrogel Harnessing Joint Motion for Cartilage Repair
A piezo‐mimetic ionic hydrogel converts mechanical deformation into bioactive ionic currents via stress‐induced asymmetric ion migration. Coupled with sustained Mg2+ release, this mechano‐electrochemical platform bridges mechanical loading and cellular signaling, enabling load‐adaptive stimulation and enhanced cartilage regeneration. Solution Confirmation of UVC-Irradiated Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin
Heparin is a highly sulphated polyelectrolyte, and its properties depend strongly on its shape in solution. In this study, we closely examined the structural behaviour of low-molecular-weight heparin under aerobic ultraviolet-C (UVC, 100–280 nm ...

Oligopeptides/DNA Coacervate Droplets as Macromolecular Delivery Microcarriers
Oligopeptide–DNA coacervates formed via liquid–liquid phase separation serve as programmable carriers for macromolecular cargos, entering cells through lipid raft–associated pathways and subsequently undergoing enzyme triggered intracellular disassembly driven by DNA degradation processes, thereby enabling efficient, controlled, and spatially defined ...

Geometry‐Controlled Assembly of Self‐Standing Nanorods With Undisturbed Plasmonics
This study reports a geometry‐driven assembly strategy to vertically align Au@Ag core–shell nanorods on PS beads. This well‐defined architecture enables the preservation of the intrinsic optical response of individual nanorods. Thus, demonstrate a highly reproducible SERS enhancement with exceptional uniformity.
