Oppositely Charged Homopolypeptides Form Ordered Helix Assemblies With Hierarchical Structure
Hexagaonal and square assembly of polyarginine alfa‐helices formed in highly ordered polyarginine/polyaspartic acid complexes. The helices exhibit additional periodic staggering along their helical axis. ABSTRACT Oppositely charged polyelectrolytes are known to form polyelectrolyte complexes.

Deciphering Molecular Charge Anisotropy: The Case of Antibody Solutions
Molecular charge anisotropy emerges as a key determinant of antibody solution behavior. A multiscale framework combining electrostatic mapping, coarse‐grained simulations, and machine‐learning‐assisted optimization identifies charge patterns that reproduce experimental structure factors and predict collective properties across concentration, revealing ...

Protein‐based multilayer microreactors combine single‐enzyme nanogels (SENs) and layer‐by‐layer (LbL) assembly to control catalase localization. Positioning the enzyme within the core or at different locations of the multilayer architecture reveals how spatial organization influences antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory activity.
