High‐Pressure Homogenization: An Industrially Scalable Method for Producing PHBH Powders for Selective Laser Sintering

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, Volume 10, Issue 17, September 4, 2025.
This article investigates a sustainable approach to producing new powders for selective laser sintering by using high‐pressure homogenization to micronize biopolymers. The approach yields flowable, thermally stable particles with sub‐rounded morphology, enabling 3D printing of dense components with complex geometries.
