On perturbative scattering amplitudes in maximally supersymmetric theories [PDF]
PhDThere has been substantial calculational progress in the last few years in maximally supersymmetric theories, revealing unexpected simplicity, new structures and symmetries. In this thesis, after reviewing some of the recent advances in N = 4 super

M0, 5: Toward the Chabauty–Kim method in higher dimensions
Abstract If Z is an open subscheme of SpecZ$\operatorname{Spec}\mathbb {Z}$, X is a sufficiently nice Z‐model of a smooth curve over Q$\mathbb {Q}$, and p is a closed point of Z, the Chabauty–Kim method leads to the construction of locally analytic functions on X(Zp)$X({\mathbb {Z}_p})$ which vanish on X(Z)$X(Z)$; we call such functions “Kim functions”.

Dispersion braiding and band knots in plasmonic arrays with broken symmetries
Abstract Periodic arrays can support highly nontrivial modal dispersion, stemming from the interplay between localized resonances of the array elements and distributed resonances supported by the lattice. Recently, intentional defects in the periodicity, i.e., broken in situ symmetries, have been attracting significant attention as a powerful degree of

Following earlier work by Gangl, Cathelineaue, and others, Siddiqui defined the Siegel’s cross‐ratio identity and Goncharov’s triple ratios over the truncated polynomial ring Fεν. They used these constructions to introduce both dialogarithmic and trilogarithmic tangential complexes of first order.

A Double Integral Containing the Fresnel Integral Function S(x): Derivation and Computation
A two‐dimensional integral containing S(x) is derived. S(x) is the Fresnel integral function, and the double integral is taken over the range 0 < x < ∞ and 0 < y < ∞. A representation in terms of the Hurwitz–Lerch zeta function is derived, from which other special function representations can be evaluated. All the results in this work are new.

A New Family of Degenerate Poly‐Genocchi Polynomials with Its Certain Properties
In this paper, we introduce a new type of degenerate Genocchi polynomials and numbers, which are called degenerate poly‐Genocchi polynomials and numbers, by using the degenerate polylogarithm function, and we derive several properties of these polynomials systematically.

Novel approaches to perturbative scattering amplitudes in gauge theory and gravity [PDF]
PhDScattering amplitudes of massless quanta play a crucial role in the calculation of cross sections for multi-jet production at hadron colliders. The framework provided by perturbative quantum field theory, based on Feynman diagrams, does not capture ...

Construction of Type 2 Poly‐Changhee Polynomials and Its Applications
In this paper, we introduce type 2 poly‐Changhee polynomials by using the polyexponential function. We derive some explicit expressions and identities for these polynomials, and we also prove some relationships between poly‐Changhee polynomials and Stirling numbers of the first and second kind.

Asymptotic approximations of Tangent polynomials, Tangent‐Bernoulli, and Tangent‐Genocchi polynomials are derived using saddle point method and the approximations are expressed in terms of hyperbolic functions. For each polynomial there are two approximations derived with one having enlarged region of validity.
