Twin neural network regression
We propose to reformulate a regression problem into predicting differences between target values. This allows for leveraging consistency conditions which can be used as uncertainty estimates and enable the production of an ensemble of predictions while training only a single neural network.

AbstractIn this paper we provide a new approach to some of the applications of linear algebra in Combinatorics. This enables us to derive many of the basic bounds on designs, orthogonal arrays, codes etc. in a simple and uniform fashion, and to obtain many extensions of these results.

High‐Throughput Single‐Nanowire Optoelectronic Characterization Using Microfluidic Technology
An ultrathin microfluidic platform enables high‐throughput, in‐line single particle characterization of semiconductor nanowires. Using correlative spectroscopy and imaging, analysis at 240 nanowires per minute, uncovering previously hidden details about intra‐wire disorder and inter‐wire inhomogeneity, is achieved.

Additive manufacturing, specifically fused deposition modeling, offers an innovative approach to creating 3D‐printed variable orifice flowmeters with integrated temperature compensation. Using carbon‐black TPU, the primary component (a variable orifice) and the secondary element (a diaphragm pressure sensor) are fabricated.

Polynomial addition sets and polynomial digraphs
AbstractLet G be a group of order v, and f(x) be a nonzero integral polynomial. A (v, k, f(x))-polynomial addition set in G is a subset D of G with k distinct elements such that f(Σd∈Dd) = λΣg∈Gg for some integer λ. We discuss some general properties of polynomial addition sets.
