Strong Proton‐Phonon Coupling Drives Fast Ion Transport in Perovskites
Experimental and computational phonon analysis of ABO3‐type proton conductor BaSnO3 shows that substitution on the B‐site with yttrium forms an imaginary phonon mode which is instrumental for the function as proton conductor. This overcompensates the adverse proton trapping effect of the yttrium.

On Upper Bound of the Complexity of Quasi Polynomial Representations of Functions over Finite Fields
Representations of functions over finite fields, including polynomial representations, are being actively investigated. The complexity of such representations is one of main directions of research.

This important paper generalizes techniques from association schemes and spherical designs to study finite subsets of polynomials spaces. A polynomial space is a set \(\Omega\) with a function \(\rho: \Omega\times\Omega\to {\mathbf R}\) with \(\rho(x,x)=r>0\), \(\rho(x,y)=\rho(y,x)

CellPolaris decodes how transcription factors guide cell fate by building gene regulatory networks from transcriptomic data using transfer learning. It generates tissue‐ and cell‐type‐specific networks, identifies master regulators in cell state transitions, and simulates TF perturbations in developmental processes.

Generalized Mechanism Model for Ecosystem Hysteresis
A simplified model examines ecosystem transitions into alternative states after disturbances by leveraging positive and negative feedbacks. It identifies critical tipping points and quantifies hysteresis. Tests conducted on lakes, grasslands, and pitcher‐plant leaves align closely with empirical data and enable the prediction of recovery trajectories ...
