Influence of Chain Extender on The Thermal, Rheological, and Supercritical Foaming Behavior of Polyamide‐12

Chain extender concentration strongly influence the batch foaming behavior of PA 12 under supercritical CO2. Increasing CE content improves melt stability, raises viscosity and broadens the foaming window, enabling fine, uniform cellular structures. The optimal 0.5 wt.% CE yields the highest nucleation density and lowest foam density, about 0.06–0.09 g/

Isobornyl acrylate macromonomer solutions are synthesized via high‐temperature radical polymerization using a starved‐feed semi‐batch operating policy. Through sequential feeding, the macromonomer solution functions as an addition‐fragmentation agent, facilitating the production of blocky and comb acrylate copolymers.

Suppressing Polysulfide Shuttle and Boosting Reaction Kinetics via UiO‐66‐SH‐Functionalized Separators for Lithium–Sulfur Batteries

This work demonstrates a UiO‐66‐SH‐functionalized separator that boosts Li+ transport, thermal stability, polysulfide anchoring, and sulfur redox kinetics in Li–S batteries. As a result, the cell delivers an initial capacity of 821.3 mAh g−1 at 1 C and retains 521 mAh g−1 after 500 cycles.
