Aging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 6, June 2026.Metabolic stress induces insulin resistance and upregulates PTP1B in granulosa cells, leading to aging‐relevant ovarian dysfunction. Gengnianchun (GNC) suppresses PTP1B, restores IRS1–AKT2–GLUT4 signaling, and preserves follicles, highlighting PTP1B as a therapeutic target for ovarian dysfunction in metabolically vulnerable states.
