A pore tuning strategy to amplify the multi‐site MOF‐SO2 interactions is proposed to achieve an enhanced trace SO2 capture and chemiresistive sensing in highly stable isostructural DMOFs by annelating benzene rings. This work provides a facile strategy to achieve tailor‐made stable MOF materials for specific multifunctional applications.

Effect of non-solvent additives on the structure and performance of PVDF hollow fiber membrane contactor for CO2 stripping [PDF]
Microporous polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes with various non-solvent additives, i.e. lithium chloride, glycerol, polyethylene glycol (PEG-400), methanol and phosphoric acid, were fabricated for CO2 stripping via membrane contactors.

Tailoring the Properties of Functional Materials With N‐Oxides
The properties of materials bearing N‐oxide groups are often dominated by the polar N+─O− bond. It provides hydrophilicity, selective ion‐binding, electric conductivity, or antifouling properties. Many of the underlying mechanisms have only recently been discovered, and the interest in N‐oxide materials is rapidly growing.

Origin of temperature dependent conductivity of α-polyvinylidene fluoride [PDF]
The conductivity of α-polyvinylidene fluoride is obtained from dielectric measurements performed in the frequency domain at several temperatures. At temperatures above the glass-transition, the conductivity can be interpreted as an ionic conductivity, which confirms earlier results reported in the literature.

A bimetallic Mn–Ca nanoreactor (MCC) is developed as a non‐nucleotide STING nanoagonist for cancer metalloimmunotherapy. MCC induces Ca2+ overload and hydroxyl radical generation, resulting in mitochondrial damage and mtDNA release. The released mtDNA cooperates with Mn2+ to robustly activate cGAS–STING signaling.
