On some commensal decapod crustaceans from Singapore (Palaemonidae and Porcellanidae)
Journal of Zoology, 1967A description is given of a new species of pontoniinid prawn commensal with bivalves of the genus Placuna. The species is close to members of the genus Comhodytes but differs in extreme flattening and consequent modifications which can be taken as adaptations to its peculiar environment.

AbstractThe complete larval development under laboratory conditions of the porcellanid crab, Petrolisthes lamarckii is described and illustrated for the first time. There is a pre-zoeal stage of short duration, two zoeal stages, and a megalopal stage. This species is closely related to Petrolisthes rufescens.
