ABSTRACTA 64‐year‐old woman had an ulcerated tumor of 5 years' duration on her left foot. Histological examination revealed a eccrine poroma with bowenoid changes at one edge, which had invaded the dermis. We consider this case to be malignant eccrine poroma (porocarcinoma).

Epidermotropic eccrine porocarcinoma
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, 1991Three cases of epidermotropic eccrine porocarcinoma are summarized and compared with reported cases. All patients had a long-standing tumor on a lower extremity that rapidly metastasized to the skin and proximal lymph nodes. The histologic picture was consistent with an intraepidermal eccrine sweat gland carcinoma.

Dermatology, 2009An eccrine porocarcinoma originating in the lateral nailfold of the third finger of the right hand of a 77-year-old man is described. An immunohistochemical study on paraffin sections of eight porocarcinomas and a control group of 29 poromas was conducted to investigate the differentiation of porocarcinomas.
