ABSTRACTA 64‐year‐old woman had an ulcerated tumor of 5 years' duration on her left foot. Histological examination revealed a eccrine poroma with bowenoid changes at one edge, which had invaded the dermis. We consider this case to be malignant eccrine poroma (porocarcinoma).

The purpose of this report is to describe the clinical and histopathologic findings in a patient with porocarcinoma of the eyelid.The case of a 68-year-old woman with a nodular lesion of the eyelid was studied, and the pertinent literature reviewed.No previous description of porocarcinoma of the eyelid was found in the literature.

ABSTRACTThe histological, electron microscopic, and immunological findings in a case of eccrine porocarcinoma are described. The tumors were verrucous, wart‐like lesions and nodules which ulcerated secondarily. They were located on the leg. The patient died in a few months from dissemination of the disease.

We report on an 84-year-old female patient who presented with abundant firm skin nodules and massive lymphoedema restricted to the left leg. Metastasizing eccrine porocarcinoma was diagnosed by the unusual circumscribed pattern of the cutaneous metastases and the histological detection of intraepidermal and intradermal PAS-positive tumour cells.
