Generation of Self‐Organizing Macrovascular Constructs by Bioprinting Human iPSC‐Derived Mesodermal Progenitor Cells

Here, we introduce a bioprinting strategy to generate centimeter‐scale, self‐organizing “mother vessel” constructs from iPSC‐derived hiMPCs. Polymer‐Based Multiparameter Sensing Integrated Photonic Chip for Health Monitoring

A monolithic integrated photonic chip simultaneously measures blood glucose, pressure, temperature, ECG, and sweat glucose. Combining multiple Bragg grating sensors, Mach–Zehnder modulators, and an on–‐chip demodulation unit, this compact chip (1 cm × 0.5 cm) offers robust multiparameter detection.

Cholesterol Laundry of Cell Membrane and Fatty Liver by Detergent Liposomes to Improve Anti‐Cancer Drug Responsiveness of Patient Liver Tissues

Cholesterol‐enriched plasma membranes in hepatocellular carcinoma impede drug penetration. Cholesterol (+)‐liposomes act as membrane‐specific detergents, extracting cholesterol and reducing barrier function without cytotoxicity. Following endocytosis, cholesterol transfers from endosomes to liposomes and is metabolized in the ER.
