Acquired port-wine stain.

The development of a capillary hemangioma in adult life is an unusual event. These lesions normally occur as congenital cutaneous nevi. We describe the history and histologic findings in a man who developed such a lesion after a cricket ball injury to the right cheek at age 46 years.
