Process Resilience under Optimal Data Injection Attacks
Abstract In this article, we study the resilience of process systems in an information‐theoretic framework, from the perspective of an attacker capable of optimally constructing data injection attacks. The attack aims to distract the stationary distributions of process variables and stay stealthy, simultaneously.

The positive-definite completion problem
We study the positive-definite completion problem for kernels on a variety of domains and prove results concerning the existence, uniqueness, and characterization of solutions. In particular, we study a special solution called the canonical completion which is the reproducing kernel analogue of the determinant-maximizing completion known to exist for ...

Positivity and positive definiteness in generalized function algebras
AbstractThe definitions of positivity and positive definiteness are extended to generalized function algebras in coherence with the corresponding notions for distributions. Versions of Bochner's theorem for a positive definite Colombeau generalized function are given.

Multistable Composite Laminate Grids as a Design Tool for Soft Reconfigurable Multirotors
Flexible, lightweight, stable: the reconfigurable multirotor combines stable flight in multiple shapes with low‐energy reconfiguration. Utilizing optimized multistable composites, it achieves self‐locking in open and folded configurations, cutting width‐span by 48% and allowing for safe gap traversal.

Strictly Positive Definite Functions
AbstractWe give a complete characterization of the strictly positive definite functions on the real line. By Bochner's theorem, this is equivalent to proving that if the separated sequence of real numbers {an} describes the points of discontinuity of a distribution function, there exists an almost periodic polynomial with the zeros {an}.
