Positive solutions to operator equations AXB=C
The operator equation AXB=C has been studied by several authors, but under the extra condition that the operators A and B have closed range. In this article, we present different results regarding the existence of solution and also the existence of ...

Operational semantics for positive ${\rm R}$.
This paper presents a ``semilattice'' semantics for the positive fragment of the relevant logic R, i.e. \(R+\). Early investigations of the semantics for relevant logics [e.g. \textit{A. Urquhart}, J. Symb. Logic 37, 159-169 (1972; Zbl 0245.02028)] attempted to fit a straightforward semilattice semantics to \(R+\), but soon discovered that there was no

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.

Positive solutions of functional difference equations with
The author studies the boundary value problems with p-Laplacian functional difference equation Δφp(Δx(t)) + r(t)f(xt) = 0, t ∈ [0, N], x0 = ψ ∈ C+, x(0) - B0(Δx(0)) = 0, Δx(N+1) = 0.

Long‐term hippocampal alterations and cognitive impairment in a murine model of surgical sepsis
Using a mouse model of surgical sepsis, we tested long‐term memory and analyzed the transcriptome of single cells isolated from the hippocampus. Survivor mice showed worse memory, loss of certain brain cell subpopulations, and abnormal immune cell activity—suggesting that post‐sepsis brain alterations may be linked to cognitive deficits.

A maximal theorem for holomorphic semigroups. [PDF]
Let X be a closed linear subspace of the Lebesgue space L^p(Omega ; mu); let -A be an invertible linear operator that is the generator of abounded holomorphic semigroup T_t on X.

A novel signature integrating genome‐wide analysis with clinical factors predicts recurrence in stage II colorectal cancer and enables a new risk stratification to guide postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Clinical risk stratification for postoperative recurrence in patients with pathological stage II (pStage II) colorectal cancer (CRC) is essential ...
