Utilizing a stereotaxic injection mouse model and a novel mathematical approach, this study uncovers key subnetworks that drive pathological α‐synuclein (α‐Syn) progression in Parkinson's disease (PD). Remarkably, just 2% of the strongest connections in the connectome are sufficient to predict its spread.

Quantum Tomography Via Group Theory [PDF]
Amongst the multitude of state reconstruction techniques, the so-called "quantum tomography" seems to be the most fruitful. In this letter, I will start by developing the mathematical apparatus of quantum tomography and, later, I will explain how it can be applied to various quantum systems.

Based on IP‐MS analysis, BAG2 is confirmed to be essential for ubiquitination and protein homeostasis regulation of STING in cervical cancer. BAG2 inhibits the ubiquitination and degradation of STING by forming a complex with STUB1, thereby activating the type I IFN signaling pathway and inhibiting the development of cervical cancer.

Positron emission tomography imaging of endometrial cancer using engineered anti-EMP2 antibody fragments. [PDF]
PurposeAs imaging of the cell surface tetraspan protein epithelial membrane protein-2 (EMP2) expression in malignant tumors may provide important prognostic and predictive diagnostic information, the goal of this study is to determine if antibody ...

Efficiency of quantum state tomography for qubits [PDF]
The efficiency of quantum state tomography is discussed from the point of view of quantum parameter estimation theory, in which the trace of the weighted covariance is to be minimized. It is shown that tomography is optimal only when a special weight is adopted.

Identifying active vascular microcalcification by 18F-sodium fluoride positron emission tomography
Vascular calcification is a complex biological process that is a hallmark of atherosclerosis. While macrocalcification confers plaque stability, microcalcification is a key feature of high-risk atheroma and is associated with increased morbidity and ...
