A novel chromatin‐labeling probe is developed to investigate chromatin mobility during differentiation. The silicon rhodamine–conjugated dCTP is efficiently delivered into iPSCs and NSCs using a synthetic transporter. Super‐resolution microscopy and single‐particle tracking show decreased chromatin mobility during differentiation.

Molecular Chain Elongation Mechanism for n‐Caproate Biosynthesis by Megasphaera Hexanoica
The medium‐chain carboxylate‐producing microbe Megasphaera hexanoica is analyzed through genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolic engineering. The n‐caproate biosynthetic pathway is reconstructed in Escherichia coli, highlighting MhTHL as a key β‐ketothiolase. Structural analysis and mutagenesis reveal that MhTHL has a distinct substrate‐binding pocket,

Isogeny-Based Post-Quantum Cryptography
The present thesis focus on one of the post-quantum cryptosystems, in particular, the isogenybased cryptography. Because of its certain properties like the hard problem of computing isogenies between two elliptic curves, it makes it to be one of the few candidates for post-quantum cryptography.

Unveiling Exciton‐Plasmon Polariton Coupling Regions via Polarization‐Enhanced Optical Nanoscopy
Polarization‐enhanced single‐molecule localization microscopy, utilizing a liquid crystal variable retarder (LCVR), actively controls the on‐off intensity modulation of fluorophores. This active intensity modulation improves the localization accuracy of the point spread function (PSF), enabling high‐contrast super‐resolution imaging with significantly ...

Switchbody, an Antigen‐Responsive Enzyme Switch Based on Antibody and Its Working Principle
This paper presents an antibody‐based enzyme switch, termed a “Switchbody”, which is fused with an enzyme‐derived fragment to the N‐terminus of an antibody. As its working principle, the fused fragment is trapped within the antibody and released upon antigen binding, leading to enzyme reconstitution and a subsequent increase in enzyme activity.

This study establishes a mandibular asymmetry (MA) mouse model that recapitulates chronic orofacial pain and anxiety comorbidity. Anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) hyperactivation and synaptic dysfunction are identified as central neural mechanisms underlying these pathologies, with chemogenetic inhibition of ACC CaMKII+ neurons effectively reversing ...

Molecular Insights into Fungal Glycosylphosphatidylinositol Transamidase Complex
The glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) biosynthesis pathway is critical for antifungal drug development. This study reports three cryo‐electron microscopy structures of fungal GPI transamidase (GPIT), captured in two substrate‐bound states and a novel dimeric assembly.
