Abstract Background Falls along with gait‐balance disturbances are important symptoms of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH). Objectives This study aimed to validate the Functional Gait Assessment (FGA) item‐difficulty hierarchy, determine its optimal fall cutoff value, and identify key items for assessing fall risk in iNPH.

Cognitive Outcomes Following Second‐Sided Focused Ultrasound Thalamotomy for Tremor
Abstract Background Historically, staged bilateral thalamotomy has been associated with cognitive decline. Objective To examine cognitive outcomes of second‐sided focused ultrasound (FUS) thalamotomy in individuals with medication‐refractory essential tremor (ET) who previously underwent unilateral FUS thalamotomy.

Computer Vision Technologies in Movement Disorders: A Systematic Review
Abstract Background Evaluation of movement disorders primarily relies on phenomenology. Despite refinements in diagnostic criteria, the accuracy remains suboptimal. Such a gap may be bridged by machine learning and video technology, which permit objective, quantitative, non‐invasive motor analysis.

Longitudinal Assessment Reveals Stage‐Dependent Utility of Digital Motor Markers in SCA1
Abstract Background Clinical trials in spinocerebellar ataxias (SCA) require objective, quantifiable outcome measures sensitive to changes in disease severity. Objectives The objective was to study the sensitivity to change of digital gait biomarkers in SCA1 over a 1‐year period. Methods Seventeen SCA1 patients and 15 controls walked 30 seconds wearing

Association between Perceived Dysphagia Symptoms and Swallowing Physiology in Parkinson's Disease
Abstract Background Swallowing disorders are prevalent in Parkinson's disease (PD). Swallowing assessment often relies on patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Although PROMs and physiologic swallowing measures correlate with disease severity, the relationship between PROMs and physiologic swallowing impairments is unclear.
