ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Osteosarcoma is a radioresistant tumor that may benefit from stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for locoregional control in metastatic/recurrent disease. We report institutional practice patterns, outcomes, toxicity, and failures in osteosarcoma patients treated with SBRT.

Lifestyle Behaviors and Cardiotoxic Treatment Risks in Adult Childhood Cancer Survivors
ABSTRACT Background Higher doses of anthracyclines and heart‐relevant radiotherapy increase cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. This study assessed CVD and CVD risk factors among adult childhood cancer survivors (CCSs) across cardiotoxic treatment risk groups and examined associations between lifestyle behaviors and treatment risks.

Molecular understanding of mutagenicity using potential energy methods [PDF]
Our objective, has been to elucidate on a molecular level, at atomic resolution, the structures of DNAs modified by 2-aminofluorene and its N-acetyl derivative, 2-acetylaminofluorene (AAF). The underlying hypothesis is that DNA replicates with reduced fidelity when its normal right-handed B-structure is altered, and one result is a higher mutation rate.

A Note on Perturbations During a Regular Bounce
We point out an inconsistency in a method used in the literature for studying adiabatic scalar perturbations in a regular bouncing universe (in four dimensions).

ABSTRACT Ongoing evidence indicates increased risk of sarcopenic obesity among children and young people (CYP) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), often beginning early in treatment, persisting into survivorship. This review evaluates current literature on body composition in CYP with ALL during and after treatment.

ABSTRACT Bone tumours present significant challenges for affected patients, as multimodal therapy often leads to prolonged physical limitations. This is particularly critical during childhood and adolescence, as it can negatively impact physiological development and psychosocial resilience.

Contribution of mesoscale eddies to energy of the Lofoten Basin
A comparative assessment of the contribution of eddies and other dynamic structures to the energy of the Lofoten Basin is carried out. The basis of the study is the data of global ocean reanalysis GLORYS12V1 for 1993–2019.

Global Permutationally Invariant Potential Energy Surface for Ozone Forming Reaction [PDF]
We constructed new global potential energy surface for O + O2 → O3 reaction. It is based on high level electronic structure theory calculations and employs fitting by permutationally invariant polynomial functions.
