Power quality coefficients for power electronic transformers
2016 17th International Conference of Young Specialists on Micro/Nanotechnologies and Electron Devices (EDM), 2016This paper proposes three basic configurations of power electronic transformer for distributive networks. Power electronic transformers have a number of essential advantages in comparison to power low-frequency transformers. The configurations proposed include different types of output inverters.

Power series with i.i.d. coefficients
Statistics & Probability Letters, 2013Abstract In this work we consider a power series of the form X = ∑ j = 0 ∞ δ j Z j where 0 δ 1 and { Z j } j ≥ 0 is an i.i.d. sequence of random variables. We show that X is well-defined iff E [ ( log | Z 0 | ) + ] ∞ and establish a ...

Zernike aberration coefficients from Seidel and higher-order power-series coefficients
Optics Letters, 1983An analytical derivation of Zernike aberration coefficients is presented, starting from the Seidel and higher-order power-series aberration coefficients. An azimuth symmetrical aberration function has been used. The first 155 nonvanishing terms of the conversion matrix are also given in rational form.

Power coefficient in wind power using particle swarm optimization
2014 International Conference on Control, Instrumentation, Communication and Computational Technologies (ICCICCT), 2014An optimization methodology is introduced to maximum the power coefficient by optimizing the wind velocity and angle of attack of horizontal axis wind turbine. The S809 airfoil with 10% thickness is selected. The blade element momentum theory is the method used for optimization.

Coefficients of powers of univalent functions
Complex Variables, Theory and Application: An International Journal, 1986Let S be the usual class of normalized univalent functions. We write and consider the behaviour of the upper bounds An (λ) of the |an(λ)| for fψ S. If f(z) is the Koebe function an (λ)= bn (λ) where For λ = 1 de Branges has recently proved Bieberbach's conjecture that An (λ)= bn (λ) and his method extends at once to the case λ > 1.
