Differential evolution for power electronic circuit optimization
2015 Conference on Technologies and Applications of Artificial Intelligence (TAAI), 2015Power electronic circuit (PEC) design and optimization is a significant problem in both scientific and engineering communities. Due to the complex search space of the PEC optimization problem, lots of works have tried to use evolutionary computation (EC) algorithms to solve it, and have gained great progress.

Simulation of power dissipation in semiconductor devices of power electronic circuits
Proceedings of Third International Conference on Electronics, Circuits, and Systems, 2002The internal temperature of semiconductor devices strongly influences their functional and reliability performance. The internal temperature depends on the electrical power dissipated in devices and transferred into heat. The time dependence of dissipated power has to be known for exact calculation of internal temperature changes.

Parallel analysis of a power electronic circuit
Proceedings IPEMC 2000. Third International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (IEEE Cat. No.00EX435), 2002This paper proposes two types of fast circuit analysis techniques of a power electronic circuit by using multiple processors in parallel. One is a steady-state analysis technique by the multiple shooting method which is stabler and faster than the usual single-shooting method.

Power-to-Control Crosstalk in Power Electronic Circuits
2025 IEEE 29th Workshop on Signal and Power Integrity (SPI)This paper deals with a signal integrity issue specific to power electronic circuits: the crosstalk noise between the power and control sections. The case study investigated here involves a test-bench board mounting a power electronic voltage regulator, where parasitic capacitances in the PCB layout cause the crosstalk noise.

A multiprocessor for power electronic circuit simulation
1981 IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference, 1981Power electronic circuit simulation demands substantial improvements in the performance-to-cost of digital processing. Multiprocessors offer one possible method of reducing costs through the application of VLSI technology while increasing performance by exploiting concurrent computation.

Power Conditioning in Electronic Circuits
1989Principles of energy flux transmission, as described in the previous chapterf are applied to switckmode electronic circuits. An investigation is conducted into the role of “stray” and “parasitic” impedances during power conditioning at high frequencies, as means to gain insight into the optimisation of circuits operating at high power-frequency ratings.

Software breadboards for power electronic circuits
IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 1991A software breadboard is a means of simulating power electronic circuits at the device-level. The objective is to obtain detailed performance information such as device voltage and current waveforms and power dissipations. The intent is to accurately model the circuit for use in place of measurements to assess performance and even in a design mode to ...

PECS-Power Electronics Circuit Simulator
COMPEL 2000. 7th Workshop on Computers in Power Electronics. Proceedings (Cat. No.00TH8535), 2002PECS (Power Electronics Circuit Simulator) enables the time-domain simulation of switched networks that may contain nonlinear elements. In the design of PECS focus has been placed not only in obtaining high speed but also in achieving a very high degree of accuracy. A set of optimized computer algorithms that have been incorporated into the software to
