Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. In this paper we present the simulative analysis of a 200 Gbps per wavelength (λ) 8-level pulse amplitude modulation (PAM-8) downstream communication over up to 20 km single mode fiber (SMF) in C-band based on direct detection (DD) achieving at least a 29 dB link power budget in a PON environment.

A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.
