Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

A preliminary assessment of small steam Rankine and Brayton point-focusing solar modules [PDF]
A preliminary assessment of three conceptual point-focusing distributed solar modules is presented. The basic power conversion units consist of small Brayton or Rankine engines individually coupled to two-axis, tracking, point-focusing solar collectors ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

A STUDY OF DERIVATIONS AND LINEAR MAPPINGS ON SKEW GENERALIZED POWER SERIES MODULES
This paper investigates the structure of skew generalized power series modules over skew generalized power series rings, emphasizing the extension of derivations in this context. We define and study additive mappings that generalize classical derivations

An Algorithm for Enhanced Performance of Photovoltaic Array Under Partial Shading Condition
The partial shading on photovoltaic (PV) modules causes a reduction in generated power and multiple peak points in their electrical characteristics. If the number of shaded modules of two or more rows are different then electrical characteristics exhibit

Power-Efficient Modulation Schemes [PDF]
Coherent optical fiber communications had a brief period of popularity in the early 1990s, mainly because the optical links of that day were significantly power limited. Coherent detection provided a possibility of optically amplifying the signal to a power level that, after photodetection, made the thermal noise negligible. Two things, however, caused

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Advanced module development overview [PDF]
Crystalline silicon solar power modules are examined for reliability and cost effectiveness. A goal of 12% solar energy conversion efficiency is considered feasible at a cost of 12/kWh, and a decision is made to limit consideration to float zone silicon ...

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.
