Power spectral density of electron flux from Ulysses, 1999-2001
The measurement of power spectral density of electron flux from Ulysses HISCALE instrument was presented. The measurements were of significant magnitude for computing reliable power spectra in the frequency range where low order and degree g- and p ...

Anesthesia depth monitoring during opioid free anesthesia – a prospective observational study
Background Patients undergoing general anesthesia are more frequently monitored for depth of anesthesia using processed electroencephalography. Opioid-free anesthesia is nowadays an accepted modality for general anesthesia, however it is unclear how to ...

Power-law spectral decay as a general feature of spiral turbulence
Spiral waves emitted by topological defects and their instabilities are a fundamental and ubiquitous process in nature. We study this phenomenon using data from recent experiments and different prototype models ranging from coupled oscillators, reaction ...

Do not let thermal drift and instrument artifacts deceive high‐temperature nanoindentation results. We compare classical Oliver–Pharr and automatic image recognition analyses across steels and a Ni alloy to quantify these effects. Accounting for artifacts reveals systematic softening with temperature, while Cr and Ni additions boost resistance ...

Creep Properties and Deformation Mechanism of Additively Manufactured NiAl‐CrMo Composites
Additively manufactured NiAl‐CrMo composites contain numerous interfaces and cell boundaries that control their creep response. At 700°C under high applied stress, creep is dominated by dislocation‐controlled power‐law mechanisms. At 800°C–900°C and lower stresses, creep is primarily diffusion‐controlled along cell boundaries.
