Microstructure Reconstruction in Battery Electrodes Using Machine Learning Based on Low‐Voltage Focused Ion Beam–Scanning Electron Microscopy Tomography Images

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

Classification of short-circuit faults in high-voltage energy transmission line using energy of instantaneous active power components-based common vector approach [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
0: The majority of power system faults occur in transmission lines. The classification of these faults in power systems is an important issue. In this paper, the real parameters of a 28 km, 154 kV transmission line between Simav and Demirci in Turkey s
