An Experimental Study on Artificial Intelligence‐Based Prediction of Capacitance–Voltage Parameters of Polymer‐Interface 6H‐SiC/MEH‐PPV/Al Schottky Diodes

Physica Status Solidi (A) Applications and Materials Science, 2022
Herein, an artificial neural network (ANN) model has been developed to predict the capacitance values of the polymer‐interface 6H‐SiC/MEH‐PPV/Al Schottky diode depending on the frequency. In the training of the feed‐forward back‐propagation network model with five neurons in its hidden layer, 480 experimental data have been used.

Research on prediction of PPV in open pit mine used on intelligent hybrid model of extreme gradient boosting

Journal of Environmental Management
Peak particle velocity (PPV) serves as a critical metric in assessing the appropriateness of blasting design parameters. However, existing methods for accurately measuring PPV remain insufficient. To develop a robust PPV prediction model, this study integrates the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm with four distinct optimization techniques:

The Potentials in Solar Cells for MEH‐PPV Derivatives: Molecular Design and Performance Prediction

Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society, 2020
In this contribution, the polymer poly(2‐methoxy‐5(2′‐ethyl‐hexyloxy)‐1,4‐phenylene vinylene) (MEH‐PPV) is researched at the aspect of electronic and structural properties to locate the relationships between structures and the experimental properties by employing DFT and TD‐DFT method.

Abstract 18925: Hypertension Predicts Polycystic Kidney Disease 11 Years Ahead of Time in PKD1 and PKD2 Carriers, With a PPV of 71%

Circulation, 2023
Introduction: Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the leading hereditary form of kidney disease and is characterized by the formation of fluid-filled cysts that decrease kidney function and lead to complications including cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and other organ failure.

PSMA-targeted imaging with 18F-DCFPyL-PET/CT in patients (pts) with biochemically recurrent prostate cancer (PCa): A phase III study (CONDOR)—A subanalysis of correct localization rate (CLR) and positive predictive value (PPV) by standard of truth.

Journal of Clinical Oncology, 2021
33 Background: PSMA-targeted PET/CT is superior to conventional imaging modalities to localize biochemically recurrent (BCR) PCa after local therapy, particularly in pts with low PSA (<2 ng/mL). However, few studies have reported PSMA-targeted PET/CT accuracy compared to a pre-specified rigorous standard of truth (SOT) including histopathology ...

Predicting The Performance Parameters of In[sub 2]S[sub 3]∕MEH-PPV Heterojunction Using Photoluminescence Technique

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2011
Photoluminescence (PL) technique has been put into use for analysing In2S3/MEH‐PPV heterojunction for the first time. Strong luminescence of the polymer absorber MEH‐PPV has been exploited here to predict the properties of the cell. The underlying theory is the dependence of PL intensity on quasi Fermi level separation, which is a measure of the open ...

Selecting with markers linked to the PPVres major QTL is not sufficient to predict resistance to Plum Pox Virus (PPV) in apricot

Tree Genetics & Genomes, 2014
Sharka is one of the most serious viral diseases affecting stone fruit species and, in apricot, resistance to its viral agent, the Plum Pox Virus (PPV), is conferred by one major quantitative trait locus (QTL), named PPVres for PPV resistance. Previous studies indicated that PPV-resistant cultivars and breeding progenies can be selected by using a set ...

Predictive value of inexpensive digital eye and vision photoscreening: "PPV of ABCD".

Binocular vision & strabismus quarterly, 2008
Some consumer digital cameras have short flash to lens distances (dimensions) ideal for photoscreening so we adopted them into an ongoing Alaska state wide vision screening program, the Alaska Blind Child Discovery (ABCD) Project.Digital cameras with short flash-lens distance were employed by lay screeners trained by a DVD movie.
