Micrometer‐Sized Liposome‐Based Systems: A Hierarchical Breakdown
Micrometer‐sized liposomes (MSLs) are gaining attention for various applications, from biophysical cell models to molecular robots. Despite their growing importance, reviews on MSLs across disciplines are scarce. This review fills the gap by providing a systematic overview of MSL design, from applications to functionalization and to formation, aimed at

Coacervate‐Droplet Cased Synthetic Cells Regulated By Activated Carboxylic Acids (ACAs)
The activated carboxylic acid (ACA) reaction cycle, usually employed to transiently change the solution pH, has been exploited to precisely control the lifetime of peptide‐based coacervates. This study underscores the potential of ACA‐fueled coacervates as a platform for investigating biomolecular condensates and developing synthetic life systems ...

The Multifunctional Role of Templates in Chemically Fueled Dynamic Combinatorial Libraries
In template‐based, chemically fueled dynamic combinatorial libraries, inherently labile bonds between library members are formed at the expense of high‐energy molecules, with templates guiding the product distribution. Conversely, we demonstrate that the chemically fueled library affects the properties of the template.
