Revocable Predicate Encryption from Lattices
2017Predicate encryption, formalized by Katz, Sahai, and Waters (EUROCRYPT 2008), is an attractive branch of public-key encryption, which provides fine-grained and role-based access to encrypted data. As for many multi-user cryptosystems, an efficient revocation mechanism is necessary and imperative in the context of predicate encryption, in order to ...

Generic Construction of Publicly Verifiable Predicate Encryption
Proceedings of the 11th ACM on Asia Conference on Computer and Communications Security, 2016There is an increasing trend for data owners to store their data in a third-party cloud server and buy the service from the cloud server to provide information to other users. To ensure confidentiality, the data is usually encrypted. Therefore, an encrypted data searching scheme with privacy preserving is of paramount importance.

Practical Functional Encryption for Quadratic Functions with Applications to Predicate Encryption
2017We present two practically efficient functional encryption schemes for a large class of quadratic functionalities. Specifically, our constructions enable the computation of so-called bilinear maps on encrypted vectors. This represents a practically relevant class of functions that includes, for instance, multivariate quadratic polynomials (over the ...

Multireceiver Predicate Encryption for Online Social Networks
IEEE Transactions on Signal and Information Processing over Networks, 2017Among the applications of the internet and cloud computing, online social network (OSN) is a very popular service. Since a lot of personal information is stored on the OSN platform, privacy protection on such an application has become a critical issue. Apart from this, OSN platforms need advertisement revenue to enable continued operations. However, if

In this paper, we focus on verifiability of predicate encryption. A verifiable predicate encryption scheme guarantees that all legitimate receivers of a ciphertext will obtain the same message upon decryption. While verifiability of predicate encryption might be a desirable property by itself, we furthermore show that this property enables interesting ...

A Predicate Encryption Scheme Supporting Multiparty Cloud Computation
2015 International Conference on Intelligent Networking and Collaborative Systems, 2015Multiparty cloud computation can deal with the problem that the traditional homomorphic encryption can't operation on the ciphertexts generated by different users, and the final result is computed by cloud server. The trivial multiparty cloud computation doesn't take the access control to the final result into consideration.

Delegate predicate encryption and its application to anonymous authentication
Proceedings of the 4th International Symposium on Information, Computer, and Communications Security, 2009Predicate encryption provides fine-grained control over encryption and decryption. In a predicate encryption scheme, message is encrypted with a set of attributes, and decryption key is incorporated with a predicate. Only when the predicate evaluates to true over these attributes, the message can be correctly decrypted.

A Study of Pair Encodings: Predicate Encryption in Prime Order Groups
2015Pair encodings and predicate encodings, recently introduced by Attrapadung [2] and Wee [36] respectively, greatly simplify the process of designing and analyzing predicate and attribute-based encryption schemes. However, they are still somewhat limited in that they are restricted to composite order groups, and the information theoretic properties are ...

Attribute-Hiding Predicate Encryption in Bilinear Groups, Revisited
2017We present new techniques for achieving strong attribute-hiding in prime-order bilinear groups under the standard k-Linear assumption. Our main result is a “partially hiding” predicate encryption scheme for functions that compute an arithmetic branching program on public attributes, followed by an inner product predicate on private attributes.
