Prediction of ultradeep pore water inflow in giant thick heterogeneous aquifers
Objective The analytical solution model is computationally efficient and widely used to estimate aquifer surges. Analytical solution models are computationally efficient but involving many assumptions, such as that the aquifer is homogeneous, the amount of water pumped is constant, while the head loss in the well is ignored; these models are often ...

ABSTRACT This study examines whether CEO risk orientation shapes environmental sustainability disclosure (ESD) and how institutional constraints condition this relationship. We argue that environmental disclosure constitutes a strategic exposure decision because greater transparency can increase regulatory scrutiny and stakeholder pressure.

ABSTRACT Circular product design (CPD) is central to advancing the circular economy by enabling the narrowing, slowing, and closing of resource flows. Yet, its implementation remains persistently challenging for firms. Prior research has largely framed these challenges as discrete barriers, overlooking the structural contradictions embedded in CPD ...

ABSTRACT Green finance (GF) has emerged as a key policy instrument for advancing the circular economy (CE), yet its impact varies considerably across OECD countries. Existing research has not sufficiently examined how institutional, technological, and cultural contexts shape this relationship.

MetZoom: A CNN/LSTM hybrid based model for water reservoir inflow prediction
Hydropower reservoir volumes fluctuate as water levels increase or decrease according to precipitation, valve output and inflow through water retained in the surrounding area. Predicting these fluctuations with machine learning is possible through the use of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) architecture proposed in this thesis.
