In this study, 3D‐TVS measurements of the uterine junction zone (JZ) in 120 patients showed that a JZmax threshold of ≥ 0.45 cm yielded 77% sensitivity and 89% specificity for adenomyosis diagnosis. Notably, JZ thickness varies minimally with age, demonstrating its stability and excellent diagnostic performance.

Noncanonical Nucleotides in the Genome Around the Maternal‐Zygotic Transition
In this paper, Kazzazi et al. provide a comprehensive review of the dynamics of nonconventional nucleotides in the genome during early developmental stages, hypothesizing a potential role for these nucleotides in the activation of the zygotic genome. Sonographic Predictors and Long‐Term Reproductive Outcomes in Recurrent Cesarean Scar Pregnancy
Objectives To explore the ultrasound findings, treatment strategies, and reproductive outcomes in patients with recurrent cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP), providing evidence for clinical management. Methods We identified 1371 confirmed CSP from 1517 initially screened cases (2012–2022) through blinded image review. From 159 subsequent live births in this

Nontubal Ectopic Pregnancy [PDF]
The nontubal ectopic pregnancy poses a difficult diagnostic challenge. Improved accuracy in the early diagnosis of these uncommon forms of ectopic gestation and subsequent improvement in outcome for the patient have been made possible by such advances as serum beta-hCG radioimmunoassay and ultrasonography. Future additions to the gynecologic diagnostic

ABSTRACT This study aimed to compare efficacy and safety of ultrasound‐guided erector spinae plane block (ESPB) using liposomal (LB) versus conventional bupivacaine (CB), each plus standardized gabapentin, in patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). A total of 116 PHN patients were randomized to ESPB‐LB or ESPB‐CB; both groups received standardized ...
