Termination of pregnancy for medical indications: A 14‐year analysis from a tertiary referral center

Abstract Objective This study aimed to evaluate the medical indications for termination of pregnancy, gestational age at termination, and methods used in our clinic. Methods This observational retrospective study included pregnancy terminations after 10 weeks of gestation for medical indications between 2010 and 2024.

Mid‐trimester patch repair of a large cesarean scar dehiscence in an incarcerated gravid uterus with successful pregnancy outcome – A case report and review of literature

Abstract We report a case of reposition and patch repair of an incarcerated uterus with threatened rupture of uterine scar dehiscence in mid‐trimester. This review summarizes surgical procedures and techniques in the management of uterine dehiscence and rupture in the second trimester with the aim to continue the pregnancy.
