Abstract This narrative review highlights the impact of exercise on vascular health in females over the lifespan with an emphasis on puberty, pregnancy and menopause. These events encompass substantial changes in sex hormone levels, particularly oestrogens and progesterone.

Abstract The European Commission asked EFSA to update its 2018 risk assessment on polychlorinated dibenzo‐p‐dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) and dioxin‐like polychlorinated biphenyls (DL‐PCBs) in feed and food, based on the 2022 WHO Toxic Equivalency Factors (WHO2022‐TEFs).

Proposed model for NAD+ metabolism in (A) control and (B) SARM1 activated PBMCs. In native form, 3‐AP and Vacor compete with NAM as an alternative substrate for NAMPT. This consequently decreases generation of NMN and biosynthesis of NAD+ is limited by both a reduction in precursor NMN and direct inhibition of NMNAT by Vacor‐MN and 3‐AP‐MN.
