This is the first description, to the authors’ knowledge, of the use of an Amplatzer occluder device for a large intrahepatic shunt. In this case, shunt attenuation was successful with no major complications. Sex‐specific 24‐hour minimum heart rate (MHR) stratification in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and essential hypertension (T2DM‐EH).
