Deep Margin Elevation With Various Resin Composites: Effect of Thermomechanical Aging on the Marginal Gap of CAD/CAM Inlays

open access: yesJournal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, Volume 38, Issue 8, Page 1518-1526, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Objective This in vitro study evaluated the effects of composite material type, margin design (deep margin elevation vs. control), and thermomechanical aging on the marginal gap of CAD/CAM inlay restorations. Materials and Methods Standardized mesio‐occluso‐distal (MOD) inlay cavities were prepared in extracted human molars, with mesial ...

Stomatal Closure, a Conserved Spore Concentration‐Dependent Response Mediated by Different Stb Genes to Avirulent Isolates of Zymoseptoria tritici

open access: yesPlant Pathology, Volume 75, Issue 4, July‐August 2026.
Inoculation with different avirulent Zymoseptoria tritici isolates induces stomatal closure in wheat lines carrying either the Stb9 or Stb16q resistance genes. The proportion of closed stomata was positively associated with inoculum concentration, consistent with increased Z. tritici penetration attempts through stomata.
