This study concluded that wider spray angles produce wall impingement and greater unburned hydrocarbons in methane‐diesel dual‐fuel engines, whereas 110° balances efficiency and emissions. This study explores the impact of varying injection timings on a biodiesel‐hydrogen dual‐fuel CI engine. Results reveal that IT30 optimizes brake thermal efficiency (32.7%) and reduces CO and HC emissions while slightly increasing NOx.
