A drug utilisation study investigating prescribed daily doses of hypolipidaemic agents.
To estimate average prescribed daily doses (PDDs) for selected hypolipidaemic agents available on the South African market. Comparison of the estimated PDDs with established DDDs (defined daily doses) and international dosage ranges. To investigate the age and gender of the users of the different hypolipidaemic drugs and drug groups.Retrospective drug ...

Cell therapies typically rely on cold‐chain logistics and cryopreservation, limiting access and compromising cell quality. Here, a dual‐chamber device separates an oxygen‐supplying chamber from a hyaluronic acid cargo chamber, sustaining oxygen delivery for over 70 h and enabling ambient‐temperature shipment.

Stretchable Microelectrode Arrays for Electro‐Mechanical Probing of Brain Spheroids
A multimodal device featuring kirigami‐patterned stretchable microelectrode arrays enables concurrent mechanical actuation and electrophysiological recording of brain spheroids. The platform supports multiple loading regimes and reveals mechanically induced modulation of spontaneous network activity in 3D neural tissue models.
