Unraveling LINE‐1 retrotransposition in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.The novel RetroTest method allows the detection of L1 activation in clinical samples with low DNA input, providing global L1 activity and the identification of the L1 source element. We applied RetroTest to a real‐world cohort of HNSCC patients where we reported an early L1 activation, with more than 60% of T1 patients showing L1 activity.

A Hybrid Ensemble Approach for Greek Text Classification Based on Multilingual Models
Big Data and Cognitive ComputingThe present study explores the field of text classification in the Greek language. A novel ensemble classification scheme based on generated embeddings from Greek text made by the multilingual capabilities of the E5 model is presented.

Scripta Materialia 138 (2017) 114-119, 2017 We comparatively studied the critical current density, magnetization and specific heat of the rolled and the hot-pressed Sr1-xKxFe2As2 tapes. The Schottky anomaly that is obvious in the specific heat of the rolled tape disappears in the hot-pressed tape.
