Este estudio buscó establecer la validez concurrente de los test de predicción de potencia muscular Palazzi y W5” en el ejercicio press de banca. Participaron 40 estudiantes de educación física de ambos sexos aparentemente sanos de 23,6 ± 2,7 años. Se aplicaron ambos test simultáneamente con un encoder.
