Thioredoxin‐2 Alleviates Osteoporosis by Restraining FOXO3a Nuclear Translocation

Endothelial TRX2 preserves bone homeostasis by retaining FOXO3a at mitochondria and limiting TRAIL production. Loss of TRX2 or oxidative stress releases FOXO3a for nuclear translocation, increasing endothelial TRAIL secretion and driving osteoclast formation and bone loss.

Action Myoclonus and Renal Parenchymal Disease: A Case Report

Progressive myoclonic epilepsies are a devastating group of rare disorders. The case of a young man who presented with a late-diagnosed nephrotic syndrome, progressive myoclonic seizures with action myoclonus, is described in the present report.

Core and π‐Bridge Engineering to Deconstruct Y6‐Series into Modular Non‐Fused Acceptors: DFT‐Guided Structure‐Property Map for Organic Solar Cells

The rigid fused backbone of Y6‐series acceptors is deconstructed into a modular, non‐fused A‐π‐A′‐π‐A architecture. Comprehensive quantum chemical simulations reveal that strategic core and π‐bridge engineering preserves strong near‐infrared light‐harvesting and enhances intramolecular charge‐transfer character.
