Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Price Stability vs. Low Inflation in Germany: An Analysis of Costs and Benefits [PDF]

open access: yes
We empirically investigate the costs and benefits of going from low inflation to price stability in the case of Germany. Recent empirical evidence on the sacrifice ratio suggests that the break-even point at which the permanent benefits of reducing the ...

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Progress toward price stability : a 1997 inflation report [PDF]

open access: yes
The primary goal of Federal Reserve monetary policy is to foster maximum long-term growth in the U.S. economy by achieving price stability over time. Price stability will be achieved, according to some definitions, when inflation ceases to be a factor in

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

The fiscal theory of the price level and sluggish inflation : how important shall the wealth effect be ?. [PDF]

open access: yes
According to the fiscal theory of the price level (FTPL), the interactions between monetary and fiscal policies with governments facing the possibility to act in a non-Ricardian manner make the general price level be fully determined.

Dynamic interactions among exchange rates, price stability, and financial flows in African economies: panel VAR analysis

open access: yesFrontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics
This study aimed to examine the dynamic interactions among exchange rates (EXR), price stability (CPI), and financial flows. We extracted quarterly data for all African countries from 2005 to 2025 for this investigation from the International Monetary ...

FINANCIAL STABILITY AND PRICE STABILITY: AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS IN EURO AREA [PDF]

open access: yesAnalele Universităţii Constantin Brâncuşi din Târgu Jiu : Seria Economie, 2012
In this paper we study the relationship between price stability and financial stability. We try to determine whether asset prices are useful indicators for determining future inflation rates and we analyze the tensions in the interbank market during the ...

Price Stability and the Monetary Order

open access: yes, 1993
William Stanley Jevons remarked that the study of money sometimes seemed to stand in the same position to economics as that of perpetual motion to physics, or squaring the circle to mathematics.1 That was in 1875, but the capacity of monetary economists, not always from the fringes of the discipline, to generate extraordinary ideas did not diminish in ...
