Tripled and coincidence fixed point theorems for contractive mappings satisfying Φ-maps in partially ordered metric spaces

On Hammerstein Integral Equations and Engineering Models via Paired Contractions in Partial Metric Spaces

This paper presents a novel class of paired contractions to establish fixed point results for multivalued mappings within the framework of partial metric spaces. Requirements for the existence of fixed points are investigated, and a few nontrivial instances are given to illustrate the usefulness and relevance of the proposed notions.

A theorem of Meir‐Keeler type revisited

In 1993, the authors presented a fixed point theorem of Meir‐Keeler type. The proposed proof of a lemma—on which the said theorem depends on—is invalid. In this note, we alter the statement of this lemma and give a valid proof thereof, so that the main result of the previous paper is still true.
