INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUNDPrimary adrenal lymphoma is a rare form of lymphoma and affects bilateral adrenal glands in most cases. This condition is often associated with adrenal insufficiency. We hereby report a case of bilateral primary adrenal lymphoma presenting with adrenal insufficiency in our centre.
