We present unique fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose (¹⁸F-FDG) PET/CT findings of primary pulmonary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). A 72-year-old man presented with two weeks of fever and mild upper respiratory symptoms.

WJOG14120L NESSIE evaluated cisplatin, gemcitabine, and necitumumab (CGN) as second‐line therapy after ICI‐based treatment in 46 patients with advanced squamous NSCLC. ORR was 26.1%, DCR 87.0%, and median PFS 4.4 months. Although the predefined ORR threshold was not met, CGN showed modest antitumor activity with manageable toxicity.

ABSTRACT Aberrant expression of T‐cell markers in B‐cell lymphomas is rare and can pose diagnostic challenges. We report a case of a 65‐year‐old man presenting with newly developed scalp nodules. Histopathology revealed nodular lymphoid infiltrates composed of large centrocytes and centroblasts.
