Organic–inorganic copolymerization of calcium silicate hydrate and thioctic acid produces a self‐organized nanocomposite inspired by the disordered collagen–mineral architecture of trabecular bone. EP300‐Mediated MTF1‐K218 Lactylation Buffers AR‐Driven Copper Overload to Suppress Cuproptosis in Castration‐Resistant Prostate Cancer

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
Androgen receptor (AR) drives copper accumulation in prostate cancer while inducing MTF1 to buffer copper toxicity. EP300‐mediated lactylation of MTF1 at K218 promotes its nuclear translocation and metallothionein expression, sequestering cytosolic copper and preventing mitochondrial cuproptosis.

Ultrathin Aluminum–Air Batteries via Hygroscopic Electrolytes for Continuous Operation of Imperceptible On‐Skin Electronics

Advanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents ultrathin, high‐capacity aluminum‐air batteries (AABs) for self‐sustaining, skin‐conformal electronics. By utilizing ambient moisture and oxygen alongside a LiCl‐based hygroscopic hydrogel electrolyte, the design significantly reduces battery thickness while preventing dehydration and Al self‐corrosion.
