Point-symmetric graphs with a prime number of points
This paper discusses point-symmetric graphs which have a prime number of points. Isomorphism classes of these graphs are enumerated. It is shown that these graphs are characterized by the eigenvalues of their adjacency matrices.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Minimal prime ages, words and permutation graphs
This paper is a contribution to the study of hereditary classes of finite graphs. We classify these classes according to the number of prime structures they contain.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Cubic semisymmetric graphs of order $ 40p $ [PDF]
A simple graph $\Gamma$ is called semisymmetric if it is regular and edge-transitive but not vertex-transitive. A simple graph $\Gamma$ is called cubic whenever it is $ 3 $-regular.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Almost-Ramanujan graphs and prime gaps
The method of Murty and Cioabă shows how one can use results about gaps between primes to construct families of almost-Ramanujan graphs. In this paper we give a simpler construction which avoids the search for perfect matchings and thus eliminates the need for computation.

Let be a graph. A prime cordial labeling of with vertex set is a bijection from to such that if each edge is assigned the label when gcd and otherwise, then the difference between the number of edges labeled with and the number of edges labeled with is at most . A graph which admits prime cordial labeling is called a prime cordial graph. In

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.
